Become a professional Trusted Advisor

This program includes:

✔️ Two full-day training sessions (on site).
✔️ Templates and instructions for internal communication & reporting.
✔️ An extra individual online session, within 1 month after the training, for any follow-up questions regarding the integration within your own organization.
✔️ A valuable network of like-minded people to share experiences, get inspired and learn from each other.

Topics that we cover will be among others: the role of the Trusted Advisor, different forms of undesirable behavior, Social- & Psychological Safety in the workplace and how to have confidential conversations. You’ll also receive templates and instructions on how to set up your internal communication and reporting as part of your role.

We will make sure that you have plenty of new ideas and tools to bring back to your own organization.

This program is relevant for people that have the role of an internal Trusted Advisor (vertrouwenspersoon) within their organization.

The group will consist of 6 – 12 participants.

This training program is available in Dutch & English:

Dutch spoken – Utrecht area:

Friday the 3rd of April and Friday the 10th of April 2026.

English spoken:

All on-site sessions are 09:30 – 17:00. A delicious and healthy lunch is included.

The 1 hour one-on-one session will be scheduled online or on site after the training dates. 

This program is also available in-company and can be customized depending on the specific needs for your organization.

The investment for this program is 760,- per person excl. Btw.

After completing this program you’ll have a thorough understanding of the importance of your role as an internal Trusted Advisor and you’ll be able to handle the situations you come across in a professional manner.

You will also surround yourself with like-minded people from different organizations and build a strong network to share experiences with and learn from, during and after this program.

The main facilitator for this program is Siri Wouters, founder of Proud. Siri has broad experience in the People & Culture area and has previously worked as a Learning & Development Specialist, People & Culture Manager and HR Director.

Siri also is a certified Trusted Advisor and coordinates The Social Foundation within Proud; a total program for Social Safety.
