During coaching sessions many insights from systemic thinking and positive psychology are used. As a certified Strengths Coach, the powerful Clifton-Strengths Assessment (by Gallup) can also be applied. Available in Dutch and English for individuals or teams.
Project Management
Are you ready to develop your People approach but does your team lack the time or experience to execute the project independently? Proud is available to support with – or fully manage – your people projects.
Depending on the needs of your project, Proud will work on the project independently or team up with the right People Partner(s) from the Proud network. This way, Proud always is your People Partner.

External Trusted Advisors
Social- & Psychological Safety are important factors to create a healthy, inspiring and empowering working environment. Transgressive behavior should be avoided at all times, however, in practice this could occur in every company, sometimes without realizing it.
Proud offers external Trusted Advisors for employees that want to discuss matters in a confidential manner with someone independent from their own organization.
Proud works together with a network of certified Trusted Advisors which are available within 24 hours and will then follow up on the contact via phone, email or in person, depending on the wishes of the reporter.
