About Siri
Hi, my name is Siri, your Strategic People & Culture Partner. I have always been very passionate about people, work and organizational cultures and love to support organizations and teams to optimize their performance and growth!
Inspired by which behavior does, and which behavior absolutely does not work in the workplace, I challenge the status quo of traditional HR and old-fashioned leadership. Based on the Proud model, I help People Leaders to improve their company culture and to get started with a strategic, sustainable and future-proof People approach that delivers results!
I started my career in Learning & Development; facilitating training programs and workshops in 25+ countries worldwide (absolutely love to travel and always curious to learn more about other cultures).
Later I worked in different People & Culture (HR) roles, built and led various teams and managed People Projects on an international scale for both scale-ups and multinationals. In my last corporate role as a Chief People Officer, I mainly focused on Mergers & Acquisitions (change management and harmonizations regarding People & Culture).
In 2022 I started Proud | The people company. Proud supports organizations to become an employer brand to be proud of and is on a mission to create healthy, inspiring & empowering workplaces.
